Peter Reagan

Peter Reagan represents victims of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights violations, and survivors of sexual assault, abuse, and misconduct.

Before joining Taylor & Ring, Peter worked at a prominent litigation firm specializing in personal injury claims, and prior to that he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen M. Moloney in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Peter graduated from Loyola Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate with a focus in Civil Litigation & Advocacy. During law school, he was a member of the academic association the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, which is dedicated to confronting the ethical, moral, social, and political problems that our communities face today. Prior to attending law school, Peter graduated with a degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

Some of the results that Peter has obtained include:

  • $7.5 million settlement on behalf of a high school student who was sexually assaulted by an after-school counselor.
  • $6 million settlement on behalf of a man severely injured when he was shot at a gas station.
  • $5.75 million settlement on behalf of two brothers who were sexually abused by their junior high teacher in the 1970s. 
  • $4.25 million for a woman who was groomed and sexually abused for several years by her teacher during junior high and high school.
  • $3.5 million settlement in John Doe v. Law Firm:  legal malpractice; failure to file client’s lawsuit in timely fashion.
  • $2.975 million for the family of a man who was shot and killed by the Riverside County Sheriff.
  • $2.1 million for the family of a man who was killed in an automobile collision.
  • $1.4 million for a woman who was attacked by a dog and suffered severe injuries to her face.
  • $1.175 million for the family of a man who was beaten to death after the assailant was prematurely released from a Welf. & Inst. Code 5150 hold.
