Taylor & Ring Files Lawsuit Against Pacific Coast Surgical Center and Dr. Steven Rosenberg for Negligence, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Fraud and Concealment
Taylor & Ring filed a lawsuit against Pacific Coast Surgical Center (PCSC) and Steven Rosenberg, M.D. on behalf of plaintiffs Liza Lumanlan-Domingo and her spouse, Darrin Domingo, alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and concealment. The lawsuit alleges that Dr. Rosenberg advised Ms. Lumanlan-Domingo to have a procedure at PCSC, in which he had an ownership interest, instead of her preferred hospital, which would have been more cost effective. Dr. Rosenberg involved multiple parties to support his claim that the preferred hospital would not accept their insurance, thus PCSC was the only choice. The lawsuit seeks damages and demands a jury trial.
