Former Gerald Ford Elementary School Teacher Sentenced to Nine Years for Child Sex Abuse: KMIR Discusses with Jim Lewis
As published by KMIR, former Gerald Ford Elementary School teacher Robert Keith Bryan was sentenced to nine years in prison for committing lewd acts against several female students. “Our clients are relieved that he’s not going to be on the streets any longer. Some of our clients had to move out of the area because they did not feel safe,” said Attorney James Lewis of Taylor & Ring. “There were multiple victims of Bryan and we believe that there are some that have not yet come forward.”
Bryan was reprimanded for similar misconduct for the first time in 1992, but was allowed to return to work. He was employed by Desert Sands Unified School District for 26 years before his arrest.
