Six Attorneys from Taylor & Ring Recognized by Best Lawyers in America

Taylor & Ring is excited to announce that six attorneys, including all four of our partners, have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America®!

Attorneys are recognized in the publication from Best Lawyers in America based on a peer review. The top lawyers in every practice area come to a consensus opinion about the best lawyer in the category for their geographic region. Nominations must be made by a colleague, employer or client; not by the lawyer themselves. The local bar association then confirms the nominations and a peer review process ensues. The lawyers chosen for recognition are then notified of the decision. Their names are then published in print and online.

About our attorneys recognized this year

John C. Taylor, partner and co-founder of the firm, has been recognized for the last 26 years by Best Lawyers in America. John has been honored this year for his work in personal injury litigation for plaintiffs. He has argued in well over 100 jury trials during his esteemed career and is one of the most respected attorneys in his practice area.

Dave Ring, partner and co-founder of the firm, has received recognition by Best Lawyers in America for the last 16 years. This year, Dave has been recognized for his work in personal injury litigation for plaintiffs. He has secured millions of dollars for clients who have been victims of sexual abuse during his career.

Robert R. Clayton, partner, has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for two practice areas: personal injury litigation and product liability litigation, both for representing plaintiffs. This is the third year in a row that Clayton has been recognized for his work. Clayton represents clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of vehicular and mass transit accidents, defective products, and dangerous conditions on public and private property.

Louanne Masry, partner, has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for personal injury litigation for plaintiffs for a third straight year. Louanne has represented clients in wrongful death, nursing home abuse, employment law and medical malpractice cases.

Natalie Weatherford, trial attorney, has been recognized for the first time this year by Best Lawyers in America for her work representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Her clients include children and adults who have been sexually abused.

James W. Lewis, trial attorney, has been recognized for the first time this year by Best Lawyers in America for his work representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Lewis represents clients who have suffered traumatic injuries including amputations, burns, brain injuries and wrongful death.
